Today, I’m featuring Alison + Arnaud’s beautiful wedding at Auberge des Gallant in Rigaud, QC. You may remember A +A from a recent post about their Old Montreal engagement session! You can view it here.
As I had written in my previous post, I absolutely adore Alison and Arnaud. The love they have for each other is so real, so strong, that photographing them is an absolute breeze. I find it so inspiring to witness how much two people love each other, simply by seeing how they look at each other. Not only are they amazing together, but anyone is lucky to spend time with these two. Alison’s contagious smile makes everyone around her feel comfortable the second she walks into a room, and Arnaud’s sense of humour will disassemble any tense situation.
Almost the entire wedding was held outside. The photographer in me squealed with joy as the ceremony bathed in warm, summer light. The grounds at Auberge des Gallant was the perfect spot for couple portraits, with tons of possibilities everywhere we looked, including a beautiful willow tree (I am obsessed by these). Their dinner was held under the stars, through a stunning clear tent were guests sat at one long table, beautifully decorated, which made everyone feel as if they were teleported straight to Tuscany.
Everyone at Alison and Arnaud’s wedding had such a great time, and I am so honoured to have been a part of it! Congratulations guys, it’s been such a pleasure spending time with you!
